The Model 624 Lab Mill can be used as a batch mill or as a continuous feed mill for a feed rate of up to 60 lbs. per hour.
The energy efficient VibroKinetic Energy Mill 624 mill uses a 1/2 hp. motor with 2,100 lbs. of force at 1,800 rpm. and variable amplitude of vibration of 0 to 1/4".
This mill is can be incorporated into our grinding and classifying system to achieve any particle size that you desire.
The classifying system is adjustable in particle size from 200 mesh down to 3-5 microns, and further using re-circulation to get finer than the classifier can get down to.
The VibroKinetic Energy 624 Lab mill is available in stainless steel or with a SS wear liner, rubber liner, urethane liner o steel liner. As with all of our mills, the VKE 624 mill is capable of wet or dry grinding.
